Our Work

Real Logistics Operations From Our Work

The operations below are drawn from real logistics work. We do not publish client names, vessel names or commercially sensitive details. Each block describes the challenge, what we organized and the outcome.

Operation 01

Marine Fenders Delivery to Pier Before Vessel Arrival

Marine fenders were moved from storage and delivered to the pier before scheduled vessel arrival.

Challenge

The cargo did not require oversized transport, but timing was important: the equipment had to be positioned at the pier before the vessels arrived.

What we coordinated

Storage pickup, road delivery and delivery timing around the planned vessel arrival.

Result

The fenders were delivered in advance and were ready at the pier.

Operation 02

Oversized Vessel Engine Bearing Transport and Storage Coordination

An oversized bearing for a vessel engine was transported from the manufacturer in Germany to storage in Estonia.

Challenge

The operation required coordination between manufacturer pickup, international road transport, storage planning and later delivery timing around the vessel's repair schedule.

What we coordinated

Manufacturer pickup, road transport to Estonia, storage coordination and preparation for later repair-yard delivery.

Result

The oversized engine component was delivered to storage and kept ready for the planned repair-yard delivery window.

Operation 03

Multi-Supplier Cargo Consolidation for Vessel Delivery

Cargo from several suppliers was consolidated into one shipment together with additional steel wire rope packages.

Challenge

The task required supplier consolidation, warehouse preparation, road delivery and coordination with the final boat transfer to the vessel.

What we coordinated

Warehouse consolidation, cargo preparation, road delivery to the boat and handover for final vessel delivery.

Result

The consolidated cargo was prepared and handed over for onward delivery to the vessel at anchorage.

Operation 04

Evening Port Delivery Prepared for Early-Morning Vessel Arrival

Non-customs cargo was delivered in the evening to the pier for a vessel scheduled to arrive early in the morning.

Challenge

The vessel was scheduled to berth outside normal working hours, so the cargo had to be delivered in advance and positioned before arrival.

What we coordinated

Evening delivery, pier-side handover and timing around the vessel's early-morning arrival.

Result

The cargo was delivered to the pier in the evening and was ready before the vessel arrived.

Operation 05

Routine Vessel Spare Parts Deliveries to Tallinn Repair Yard

GAND Enterprise OÜ supports routine vessel-related spare parts movements to repair-yard environments in Tallinn.

Challenge

Routine spare parts deliveries still require timing discipline, access coordination and reliable local vehicle availability.

What we coordinated

Local pickup, direct road delivery, repair-yard access coordination and communication around the delivery.

Result

Spare parts and vessel-related cargo were delivered to the repair-yard environment as part of regular operational support.
